GBI 公司全馬首推綠化改造歷史建築物
（檳城25日訊）綠色建築物指標（GBI）有限公司推出全馬首個“非住宅歷史建築物（NREB）”綠化改造和修復工具，檳島市長拿督尤端祥希望更多發展商註冊使用此綠化工具，讓檳州成為全馬最大綠色建築城市的目標再邁進一步。 他今早主持推介禮時說，根據GBI專家研究，排屋住宅區75%的熱量來自屋頂，而居民是安裝冷氣機等電力系統來排熱。電力需要石化燃料助力，會增加排放二氧化碳，而在州政府積極推動綠化建築計劃下，檳城在全馬綠色建築指數評點排行榜上榮獲第三名。 Read more
