SkyWorld introduces SkyVogue Residences at RM580 psf

SkyWorld Development Group is introducing SkyVogue Residences in Taman Desa, off Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur, following the successful completion and handover of an earlier development called SkyLuxe On The Park in Bukit Jalil.

The 45-storey SkyVogue Residences will be developed on a prime 1.34-acre leasehold parcel alongside luxury villas.

The project with a gross development value of RM273 million has 333 stylish homes presented in three key layouts, with sizes ranging from 1,085 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft.

The larger units, located on the 39th floor onward includes 15 feet ceiling-height versions of the aforementioned typical units offered, and duplexes ranging from 1,970 sq ft to 2,285 sq ft.

There are also penthouses ranging from 2,195 sq ft to 2,650 sq ft.

Some units face Kuala Lumpur city centre, the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex, and Taman Desa Lake.

The selling price is around RM580 per square foot (psf).

SkyWorld deputy chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said SkyVogue Residences is the first residential building in the country to use the Destination Control System (DCS); which automatically takes passengers to their designated unit-floor that results in faster navigation and reduced energy consumption.

The development is also incorporated with an Automated Waste Management System (AWCS); a concealed pneumatic waste conveying mechanism that eliminates pest infestations that usually occurs in the waste storage area.

“This results in cleaner surroundings, free from smelly unsightly open bins that would boost the health and comfort of occupants,” he said last week.

Lee said SkyVogue Residences is future-proof as it is equipped with a Seamless Mobile Access System (SMAS) that offers residents access to multiple points of the property without the need for a physical access card.

It is also QLASSIC (Quality Assessment System in Construction) and Green Building Index (GBI) compliant assuring buyers of becoming proud owners of an environmentally friendly home that would last for multiple generations, he added.

The project has over 28 lifestyle facilities spread across four levels, including sky-themed facilities like an infinity lap pool, sky gymnasium, sky BBQ, a dining area, and a herb garden.

SkyWorld has also allocated 10 per cent of its acreage, dedicated solely as a grandeur green entrance statement that guides residents and guests into the property with a lush foliage theme dubbed “The Forest”.

Lee said the green theme is spread across the project.

Purchasers will enjoy stamp duty exemptions and a 10 per cent discount on the purchase during the Home Ownership Campaign, he said.

It was reported that SkyWorld aims to launch three more projects this year, namely EdgeWood Residences in Setapak, SkyAwani 6 in Setapak, and SkyAwani 7 in Bukit Jalil between June and December this year.
