GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council is tapping the wisdom of the crowds to come up with a design for the Teluk Kumbar Market Complex.
Mayor Datuk Patahiyah Ismail said a national competition will be held to choose a suitable design for the facility on the 1.768ha site at Teluk Kumbar.
